The Best Double Buggy Strollers
If you're expecting twins or two young children of different age groups, a double buggy can help you out and about. The best ones are easy to manoeuvre and deal with rough surfaces and kerbs.
They also have features like large sun canopy as well as hoods that are transparent and seats that are adjustable.

1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double
The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller in the Baby Jogger range. It is designed to travel and fits through doors that are standard with its ultra-narrow shape. It's also among the lightest double buggies on the market with a weight of just 14lbs when folded. This makes it ideal for flying with a newborn and a toddler as you won't be exceeding the allowances for luggage on airlines. It can also be folded into an incredibly small travel bag making it easy to store in the back seat of your car.
It's easy to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you've gotten used to it, it is compact and can be folded in a matter of minutes. Our tester found the auto lock somewhat confusing, and since the handlebar doesn't lock in the position you push it into and it landed on her leg when she used it. She also thought the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is especially the case when a large changing bag is hanging from it.
This double stroller is not as lightweight as other travel buggies. It comes with a wide range of features, and is one the most versatile double stroller s on the market. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately), features multiple recline positions as well as a UV 50+ canopy. You can even add the bassinet to either or both seats to transform it into a travel system.
The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements as well as urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel which meant that mud could get stuck easily. That being said our tester was still enthralled using this buggy and it did manage to climb some beautiful muddy hills.

It's not as easy to drive on public transport, however, as it requires more than one hand on the handlebar. They were also impressed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to meet the individual's needs. This is ideal for napping.
The hoods were also easy to adjust for wind or sun protection. Our testers did discover however that they did not provide an enormous amount of coverage as similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods, so it might be recommended to bring a rain jacket just in case.
Overall, our test participants loved the way that Nipper Double let them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to running to the park for a quick playdate. The testers were also impressed by how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There's plenty of room to stretch out for growing toddlers. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability of using a car seat on this buggy were both noted as a disadvantage by our test participants. They would also have preferred a larger storage area to store shopping items and other accessories.
